Obtaining the multiple permits necessary to do this project was challenging. The property is located within a newly built subdivision and the job came together in the midst of a pandemic. But, with consistent efforts from our Three Seasons staff as well as our trusted sub-trade partners, we were able to create a large covered pavilion, custom cut natural stone fireplace, and an inviting front yard that makes the most of the property size and architectural details of the home.
