After months of coordination with the local conservation authority, permit departments and environmental agencies, this property was thoughtfully redone. The space was designed and built to suit the needs of our clients, while also adhering to the strict rules imposed due to the property’s sensitive location. It changed from a broken flagstone patio to a clean sunken patio space, complete with a new basement access door, walkout stairs, elevated deck and new retaining walls.
