Situated on a large, old Waterdown lot, this home needed an extension to fit the owner's healthy lifestyle. First, an ultra modern, custom yoga studio was built, with its own heating and cooling system to allow for year round use. Then, a peaceful pool, spa and patio space was built to complement it. Finally the gardens were finished to match. This project showcases Three Season’s full abilities as a landscape general contractor. To achieve its full potential, this project required large scale excavation, hundreds of feet of gas, electrical and water works underground, as well as many sub-trades, suppliers and crews working harmoniously while following the guidelines of multiple city permits. The finished product speaks for itself.
