Before we turned this property into a zero maintenance outdoor space, the homeowners dealt with many headaches from an old landscape with poor draining. We were presented with extreme drainage challenges, grading problems, and tight access during this project but we able to find effective solutions. With proper retaining walls, astro turf, and weeping tile systems we created a beautiful backyard to be enjoyed for years to come.
