A landscape built to match the standard of the facility.
A coordinated approach from the start
For this new LEED-certified facility, the goal was to deliver a landscape that matched the architectural intent—clean, modern, environmentally conscious, and built to last.
With tight timelines and an active construction site, the project required close coordination and a thoughtful, phased approach. Each area was completed in fully finished sections, ensuring consistent quality while keeping pace with the overall build.
Built in phases, executed with precision
Our team completed every exterior element across the site. This included thousands of square feet of topsoil, sod, and hydroseed, along with hundreds of trees and plantings selected for long-term health and low-maintenance performance.
More than a kilometre of limestone pathways connect the property, complemented by multi-tiered armour stone retaining walls that shape the site and manage grade changes. Site furnishings—from sculptural bike racks to benches and flagpoles—were carefully integrated to give the space a cohesive, intentional feel.
Working within an active construction environment, our approach focused on completing smaller sections fully before moving to the next—ensuring each area met the standard from the ground up.
Turf & Soil Installation
The foundation of the landscape
Thousands of square feet of topsoil, sod, and hydroseed were installed across the site—creating a healthy, consistent base designed for long-term performance and visual impact.
Trees & Plantings
Planted with purpose
Hundreds of trees and plantings were carefully chosen for durability, low maintenance, and year-round interest—ensuring the landscape continues to mature and perform over time.
Limestone Pathways
Connecting the entire site
Over one kilometre of limestone pathways weaves through the property, guiding movement while reinforcing the clean, structured feel of the overall design.
A space that supports the work inside
The finished landscape extends the purpose of the building beyond its walls—creating a sustainable, welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
Employees now have well-designed outdoor spaces to step into throughout the day, while leadership has a setting they can confidently showcase when hosting clients and partners. It’s a landscape that not only complements the facility, but actively supports how it’s used.
